Cycle Action meetings in 2010

We are aiming to host 5 - 6 meetings this year on the last Thursday of the month (no longer every fourth Wednesday) with a speaker or social occasion for our members and friends including our AGM and Christmas meeting.  We will publicise the details of these meetings in advance. We welcome new members at these meetings.

Our committee will continue to meet monthly. If you would like to get more actively involved in committee work or have feedback for the committee please contact the Chair Mark Bracey.

    Venue

We are now meeting at Pioneer Women's Hall, 2 Freyberg Place just off High Street down town - very handy to Britomart.  See map below.

Next Public Meeting (AGM and Presentation) - Thursday 30 Sept

AGM 6.30pm, downstairs meeting room, followed at 7.45pm for drinks, nibbles, and an 8pm presentation in the upstairs Ellen Melville Hall:

Urban design for a Super City
by Ludo Campbell-Reid, Environmental Strategy & Policy Manager

and panel discussion with Christine Van Bohemen, Barry Copeland & Pip Cheshire.

Click here for full details of Ludo's presentation, plus the AGM agenda and minutes from the 2009 AGM.

Note: there's no public meeting on Thurs 26 August as previously advertised.  The Committee will meet as usual.
